Valdal Law Firm
Valdal Law Firm was established Oktober 15, 1937. Today the law firm with a staff of 50 employees, including 11 lawyers, is owned by Niels E. Valdal.
Since its formation, the law firm has handled most legal areas of work affecting corporate and private clients. Accordingly, the lawyers are experienced in advising clients on corporate law, administration of estates, insolvency law and reconstruction, commercial estate, construction law and employment law. The lawyers are moreover widely experienced in litigation.
Niels E. Valdal is appointed administrator at the Bankruptcy Division of the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen; Vagn Ohlsen is appointed receiver by the Local Government Office of the County Authority of Copenhagen, and Jesper M. Koefoed is authorised by the Danish Ministry of Justice to act as an administrator.
The law firm moreover has a separate property management department and a large debt collection department.
