Property Management
The property management department manages commercial and tenanted properties, houseowners’ associations and housing societies. The department has about one hundred properties on its portfolio.
The department assists clients in the formation of housing societies and houseowners’ associations. The property management activities comprise the regular collection of rent, shared property expenses, etc., and the payment of costs related to the operation and maintenance of the properties.
