Debt Collection Department
The debt collection department collects debts for large undertakings as well as small businesses and private individuals. Debt collection is undertaken throughout Denmark and comprises the entire process - from the first letter requesting payment, to recovery through an enforcement court. Where an agreement is made for repayment of a debt by instalments, its performance is also supervised by the department. Whenever possible, the debt collection department’s own staff appear in the civil courts and courts of enforcement. Valdal Law Firm has an authorisation from the credit information agency RKI and can accordingly offer to report debtors to RKI Kredit Information A/S, even where the client does not have an agreement with RKI.
